Baan Suan Rim Klong Resort

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had originally booked for 4 nights and decided to extend our stay by an extra 2 nights. We would have stayed even longer if we could but we had flights booked! The room design is simple but still very nice and we loved that we had a little table/chair and hammock outside the room. The location was great, 10 min walk to the beach - beautiful beach was gorgeous for sunset. It also was next to some excellent eateries - highly recommend Yawee for super local food at good prices (like 80thb for a pad Thai I think), Bonnie’s Deli if you like charcuterie and cheese and as a treat Yang Garden was gorgeous. We didn’t have breakfast included but chose to go to Arytha cafe next door - they have both Asian and western options for brunch/lunch so it was nice getting avocado and poached eggs the odd time. The pool area is absolutely stunning - little oasis with an infinity pool and surrounded by the jungle. Pool was spotless. Sun loungers not the most comfortable but we still were able to lie out for a few hours. Staff were really friendly and we even got a gift of some chocolate orange nuts from them! On a few occasions we got food from outside the premises and we brought it to the restaurant area, where the staff gave us plates and cutlery to use without any hassle. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Koh Lanta, we really miss it! If we could have stayed for a few weeks we would have.

In general everyone was very helpful and the staff really pleasant and kind. They organised a minivan to Krabi airport and also did laundry for me (for a fee). They were always polite and interested in what I was doing and where I was going. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. There was some confusion with the room cleaning but overall this didn't detract from a pleasant stay. Location is good for beaches and restaurants.

The staff were so sweet and felt like my family. A friend managed to track the place down and asked them to surprise me on my birthday. Not only did they get me a pancake by the pool in the morning but they also came behind my door in the evening, with a cake and a personalized card to sing me happy birthday! I rented a bicycle for the duration of my stay for 100 baht per day and the location of the resort is perfect to travel by bike. 7km to saladan, right next to beautiful beach which is amazing and long beach is also not too far off. Lots of restaurants and beach bars within walking and biking distance. Clean pool, nice cafe with breakfast, helpful staff with booking the minivan back to Krabi airport. I upgraded to deluxe room in the end and that was even better than the superior one. Anyway, if i come back i will surely come back here :)

Terrific place! Our second time we stay here for a longer duration! Very good location on the island, not too far from Sala Dan, plenty of good restaurants close and walking distance to the excellent ”Relax beach”. Also nice being around the middle of the Island to not have too far to the most calm and beautiful beaches on the southern part of the island. Good restaurant with Very affordable prices! Big thank you to the staff who are very warm and welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our stay, an extra thank you to Fatimah!

Good location close to certain beaches. There were some free bicycles available to use. The pool was refreshing and clean. The restaurant was clean and the food was fine. The is a grass area where kids can run around to play, just bring lots of mosquito spray because there's lots of nature,plants,trees.
